Art direction and design for the launch of Specialized’s Hi-Visibility clothing line. “BE SEEN NOW”
The challenge was to show the viewer the functionality of the apparel in multiple lighting scenarios.
Using animated gifs, I decided on keeping the rider in the same stationary gesture and use a series
of fades from dark to light. In doing this, the benefits are “seen” in both times of day. Working over
the shoulder of photographer Jake Orness, we shot for this as well as other gallery / lifestyle imagery.
